Amazon S3에서 모든 버킷에 public 으로 설정을 동일하게 적용하고 싶을 때 파일 업로드시 마다 매번 make public 을 실행하기는 불편하다. 기본 정책을 public으로 설정하기 위한 방법이 필요하다.
